Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

What are the delivery costs for an air conditioner?
Shipping costs for an air conditioner are €15 excluding VAT for orders of €500 or less excluding VAT, and €80 excluding VAT for orders over €500.

Delivery charges for spare parts are €15 excluding VAT for all orders of €500 excluding VAT or less, and €80 excluding VAT for all orders over €500 excluding VAT.
