To connect your air conditioner to the application, you can scan the QR code on the appliance from the Winemaster Connect application or enter the air conditioner’s serial number directly.
No, you cannot contact a technician directly from the Winemaster Connect application. From the maintenance tab, you must enter the technician’s e-mail address to authorise him to connect to your air conditioner. The technician will see your cellar on his technician application.
Using the Winemaster Connect application costs €7.5/month for an air conditioner and you need the Winemaster Connect box.
Yes, you can use the Winemaster Connect application for several wine cellar air conditioners. However, the connectivity subscription is for one appliance.
