What cellar volumes can be used to air-condition our appliances?
Our wine cellar air conditioners are designed to cool different cellar volumes. However, the insulation of the cellar must be taken into account when choosing the right air conditioner.

What is the difference between a wine cellar air conditioner and a domestic air conditioner?
A wine cellar air conditioner is specially designed to maintain optimum temperature conditions for preserving wine, unlike a domestic air conditioner, which is primarily designed to cool the ambient air.

What is the difference between a serving wine cellar and an ageing wine cellar?
A service wine cellar is designed to store bottles of wine for consumption in the near future (a few weeks to a few months). The optimum temperature for a service wine cellar is between 10°C and 12°C. An ageing wine cellar is used to store bottles over a long period (several years) and allows wines to mature and develop complex aromas over time. The optimum temperature for an ageing wine cellar is between 12°C and 14°C.
